Who I Am and What I Do

My name is Michael Adick.

In 2014 I graduated with an Executive MBA obtained at China Europe International Business School, a Financial Times Top-2 Ranked Master’s School. Vocationally trained in banking, I have by now over 25 years of hands-on experience in industry, consulting and learning & development. I am owner and Managing Director of Totuba Group. Having lived in Asia for over 23 years, I obtained profound knowledge about the region, its culture and business practices. Working with enterprises such as Airbus, Bayer, BMW, Bosch, CHINT, Continental, Disney, ESSCA, Ford, Liebherr, L'Oréal, Mercedes-Benz, Novartis, Schaeffler, Siemens, Torres, Universal Studios, Vino Concha y Toro, Volkswagen, and Würth I have learned that strong organizations require strong leaders.
